Pilates
Pilates. I can't say enough good things about Pilates. What a great way to get a mind body workout, strengthen your core and sculpt your body into long lean muscles. Pilates is for every body! It can be done as you're watching t.v. or in a small dorm room. It's great for people who travel, you can practice in your hotel room. Or for a busy mom, you can do the leg series as your little one takes a nap in the next room.
Pilates primarily focuses on flexibility, strength and body awareness. It may look easy, but is very difficult and not for the faint of heart. Men and Women alike can benefit from the wonderful world of Pilates.
